Kathrine is a raw milk goat’s cheese made using natural rennet, matured for around 2 months and washed in Somerset Cider Brandy. It has a decadent flavour, with the Somerset brandy adding a nice twist to the fresh notes of the gentle goat’s cheese.

Katherine is firmer in texture than its cousin Rachel, with more complex savoury flavours.

Made with raw milk and animal rennet.
